1. All items are either one of a kind or only available in limited quantities.
2. We believe in First-come-First-serve basis. Only serious buyers are welcome.
3. Items may be reserved for a maximum of 3 days only.
4. Items are considered SOLD upon receipt of your confirmation and payment. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
5. Items will be mailed out within 2 or 3 days after payment is received. We will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
6. Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) can be arranged within the Bandar Utama and Taman Tun Dr Ismail areas.

ORDERING PROCEDURES
1. Choose your favourite items and send us an email.
2. Please enclose your name, name and code of the item(s), address, contact number and method of delivery required.
3. Once we have received your email, the item(s) will be considered reserved and we will send you a confirmation email, with the amount payable, within 3 days.
4. Your reservation period of 3 days commences after our email to you. Please reply to the confirmation email as soon as possible.
5. Bank-in or transfer the payment to our account (MBB Maybank or RHB Bank) within 48 hours after confirmation. Email us or text us after payment is made.
6. For Cash On Delivery (C.O.D), email us for confirmation and we will follow-up with a call to discuss on the transcation location.
